As an interviewer, you will help students grow by asking questions, providing real-time feedback, and assessing their readiness for final interviews with employer partners. This is your chance to support young, diverse professionals and further the mission of Degrees of Change and Seed Internships.
As part of our commitment to the safety of our program participants, we will conduct a criminal background check on all volunteers through the Washington State Patrol WATCH system.
